The West Adams Business Improvement District (WABID) is dedicated to fostering a cleaner, safer, greener, and economically thriving commercial corridor. What is a Business Improvement District (BID)?

A Business Improvement District (BID) is a special assessment district in which commercial property owners contribute funds to improve and maintain their business district. Managed by a nonprofit organization, the BID reinvests these funds directly into the area, supporting services that go beyond what the city provides.
