Explore Sustainability at Earth Day LA Join us for a day filled with learning and fun! Visit a variety of exhibitors showcasing LASAN's sustainability programs, projects, and services. Discover how to use recycled water, what goes into the blue recycling bin, where to get free mulch, and more. There will be giveaways galore – don’t miss out!
City Vehicles Galore for Kids Kids can't wait to explore! LASAN will have trucks to climb aboard, honk horns, and operate controls. Plus, other City departments will showcase vehicles for kids to enjoy. Bring your camera to capture those unforgettable smiles!
Free Food and Beverages Enjoy complimentary lunch and snacks from 10am to 2pm, courtesy of LASAN. Grab a meal ticket for a burger (meat or veggie) and fries from The Habit, and cold beverages provided by Reyes Coca Cola – all free while supplies last!
Composting Workshop Join our experts for a free home composting workshop from 11am to 12pm at the Learning Lab, located on the second floor of the Environmental Learning Center. Learn how to transform kitchen scraps and yard trimmings into nutrient-rich soil for your garden.
