WABID Launches Weekly Office Hours for BID Community

We’re excited to announce new BID office hours to better serve our district! Starting January of this year, our BID Manager, Jessica Legaspi, will hold regular in-person office hours every Wednesday from 11 AM to 3 PM at The Collective Real Estate Office (5408 West Adams Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90016).

These office hours provide a dedicated time for business owners, property owners, and community members to connect, discuss concerns, and share ideas for improving the West Adams corridor. Whether you have questions about BID services, need assistance navigating city resources, or want to collaborate on initiatives that enhance the district, Jessica will be available to support you.

We know that accessibility is key to a strong and vibrant business district. While Jessica remains available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM via phone and email, these weekly in-person hours make it even easier to stay engaged with BID efforts and voice your needs.
