A Clean Start: Welcoming Back Reliable Housekeepers for 2025!

We’re excited to announce that Reliable Housekeepers will continue as our official maintenance provider for the West Adams BID in 2025! Their dedication to keeping our streets clean and inviting has been outstanding, and we’re grateful for their hard work in maintaining our district.

Last year alone, their team collected an average of 15,000 pounds of trash every month—that’s nearly 180,000 pounds over the course of the year! Their services include:

• Street sweeping to keep sidewalks and gutters free of debris.

• Dumping and bulky item removal to keep our district clean and clutter-free.

• Porter services to ensure high-traffic areas remain tidy throughout the day.

• 311 reporting for graffiti, illegal dumping, and other maintenance issues they spot while on site.

Keeping West Adams beautiful is a team effort! Here’s how you can help:

✅ Call 311 or submit a report on the 311 app when you see graffiti, trash, or bulky items on sidewalks or in parking lots.
✅ Be a good neighbor by cleaning up around your business and encouraging others to do the same.
